Here, Chef Luca Binaschi presents a unique menu conceived as a sensory journey through seasonal produce. Each plate tells a story — precise gestures, subtle flavors, Mediterranean inspirations… A cuisine that surprises with its softness and elegance, turning dinner into a truly special moment.
