If there's one thing you want to forget when you're on vacation, it’s the tyranny of time! During your stay at the Bastide de Saint-Tropez you can live at your own pace, ignoring clocks and watches and indulging your desires as and when you wish. Feeling peckish? There’s no need to wait for lunch because our snack menu is available to you all afternoon and through the night.
The gourmet spirit of the Bastide
We like our hotel to be regarded by guests as a large family house where they can go to share moments of happiness but also to recharge and relax. Everyone can go at their own speed here. For your meals, our gourmet restaurant L’Isoletta and the BBQ de la Bastille have wonderful Mediterranean-inspired surprises in store for you. For those times when you’re ready for a snack, our team headed by chef Francesco Ruggeri has put together a menu that upholds the same spirit, offering local and seasonal produce, Italian culture and a generous helping of Provençal flavours.
Savoury and sweet
For a starter or as a light cold dish, you’ll first want to discover our antipasti with, for example, the superb beef heart tomato, pesto and burrata from Campagnie or the traditional Piedmontese tonnato veal, a specialty given a delicious flourish by our chef. The lasagna Bolognese will appease keener appetites, while warm foccacia with scarmorza and ham can be enjoyed even when you’re not particularly hungry, just for the sheer pleasure of it. Those with a sweet tooth will carefully study the menu of desserts of the day, also offered on our snack menu. Finally, a selection of regional wines and champagne is offered to accompany these dishes.
