We could tell you about the ideal location of our Hotel La Bastide de Saint-Tropez a few minutes from the centre of town and the main entertainment facilities, or about our swimming pool and our Mediterranean garden overflowing with floral splendour, or remind you of our many fine services. Among the many kind comments you’ve posted about us on the various social networks, one of the themes that comes up most often is the quality of our warm and hospitable welcome. “The staff is top”, “a very attentive team”, “smiling and welcoming”, “very pleasant”, “you immediately feel at home”. It’s certainly true that one of our foremost priorities is to provide you with the impeccable service that is to be expected of a luxury Saint-Tropez establishment, while maintaining the kind of warm and serene atmosphere conducive to complete relaxation. From our reception team to the waiters in our restaurants, including all those essential personnel you might only glimpse from time to time, including gardeners, swimming pool specialists and housekeeping staff, we are the Bastide de Saint-Tropez family and we want to continue to cultivate the art of hospitality that you appreciate and highlight in your comments. And all, of course, in compliance with sanitary measures during the current health crisis!

An idyllic setting

Stepping into the grounds of the Bastide de Saint-Tropez, you’ll find yourself in a lush Mediterranean garden just a stone's throw from the centre of the resort. The cool shade of palm trees, scent of lavender, rustling leaves of olive trees; everything is an invitation to slow down and unwind. In our guests’ own words, it’s a real “cocoon of greenery around a beautiful swimming pool”, “an intimate and friendly setting”, “a lush park, a heavenly setting”. The traditional Provencal architecture of the Bastide is also part of this island of greenery that ensures both privacy and freshness. What a pleasure, after sunbathing in a boat or on the beach, to return to the welcoming shade of the trees and parasols around the pool and on the terrace. You will find this attention to detail in the décor, which combines tradition and design, and in the amenities of the rooms. You describe them as follows: “all are magnificent”, “very cosy”, “with a Jacuzzi on the terrace: the best”, “spacious and well appointed”. Marble bathrooms, small gardens or private terraces, original works by local artists adorning the walls; each room has its own character, identity and charm.

Our restaurants

What would a holiday be without fine meals to thrill the taste buds? The Bastide de Saint-Tropez offers a choice of two restaurants. The BBQ del la Bastide brings a bistro spirit around the swimming pool, while our new gastro L’Isoletta is inspired by Italian influences. Among other things, you liked the “menu to share” and told us that you go “from discovery to discovery”, for “a real moment of relaxation and happiness” with “original and inventive cuisine”. Our new chef invites you to discover his family recipes drawn from traditional Italian gastronomy, brought up to date and enhanced by local produce. As to the BBQ, you also enjoyed the friendly and relaxed ambiance around the swimming pool while the mouth-wateringly flavoursome food is grilled right before your eyes.
