The Bastide Saint-Tropez has re-opened its doors, and all the members of our team are delighted to welcome you for spring 2017. Our news includes brand new decor for some of our rooms, a new menu offered by our Bistr'o, and the prestigious star that the Michelin guide awarded in February to our gourmet restaurant L'Olivier. This was obtained thanks to the talent of the chef Philippe Colinet, a talent which you can discover when you take advantage of our Plaisir Etoilé offer. Finally, you won’t want to miss the start of the offshore regatta on March 18th.

Spring comes to Saint Tropez

While many parts of our country still shiver before winter’s frosty breath, the first rays of spring sunshine are already warming the Gulf of Saint Tropez, where February is a month of considerable loveliness. It’s a month that opens under the auspices of Love, aided by our special Valentine’s Day offer, which among other delights invites you to discover the gastronomic wonders concocted by our chef, Philippe Colinet. Philippe’s creativity and hard work has just been rewarded with a star in the Michelin Guide!
