You are cordially invited to step into a world of flavours. Here is an overview of the various menus assembled by our new chef, Francesco Ruggeri.
Local produce and Italian savoir-faire
On all our menus you will find the same high standards of product quality. The Mediterranean ambiance is inherent in the vegetables, tomatoes and seasonings made with olive oil and Provence herbs, as well as in all the seafood and delicacies such as bottarga. Francesco Ruggeri brings out their full potential while translating the magic of Italian cuisine, bringing to it all his personal touch. With their aesthetics, finesse, and flavours, each dish is a delight for the eyes as well as for the taste buds and can be enjoyed in the warmth of the Tropezian summer as well as in the mellow climate of the off-season.
At any time, on the go
If you lose track of the time during your holiday or tend to feel a little peckish between meals, you can take advantage of our simple yet very tempting snack menu. Opt for the sweetness and creaminess of a beef heart tomato accompanied by Campania burrata and homemade pesto. Or, for a more generous snack, how about lasagna bolognese or warm focaccia with scarmoza and ham? Perhaps you’ll be tempted by the allure of Parmesan with candied pear or by the dessert of the day? You can accompany them with a glass of our selection of regional wines, in red, white or rosé, or even a glass of Bollinger champagne ...
Lunch on the terrace
Our large and gleamingly white parasols provide you with plenty of shade when you sit down for lunch in the heart of our Mediterranean garden and by the sparkling waters of our swimming pool. Our Bastide BBQ is an invitation to relax. To the rhythm of the sizzling of the plancha and the song of the cicadas, you can let yourself be seduced by a starter full of freshness before tucking into a pizza or a grilled dish. To begin with, try some typical Italian antipasti, enhanced by local produce and selected from the offerings of the best artisans: Parma ham and Cavaillon melon, beef carpaccio with Parmesan, or perhaps some burrata and cuttlefish salad, or squid and prawns. This will be followed by the lobster or the catch of the day, a succulent piece of beef, a roast spring chicken, or even the great pizza classics. To finish in style, the desserts give pride of place to fruit and ice cream.
A romantic dinner at the Isoletta
In the evening, you can head for the refined and convivial surroundings of our restaurant opening onto the terrace. Here, our chef Francesco Ruggeri will offer you the great dishes of Italian gastronomy, redesigned with modernity and elegance. You will be delighted by every course of the classic Italian meal; antipasti, primi and secondi. As for dessert, why not succumb to the temptation of a tiramisu, a mille-feuilles or a chocolate treat? Of course, our sommelier will advise you on the best food and wine pairings to enhance your selections.
